COMMUNITY INVESTMENT
We donate 10% of our commissions to non-profits and causes supporting housing affordability, housing justice, and racial justice.
We sponsor many local queer events that support and showcase local artists.

Here are a few of the organizations and causes that we support:
Taking Ownership PDX: A scholarship fund to support new BIPOC real estate agents and individual requests for housing support.
Proud Ground: Proud Ground utilizes the Community Land Trust model of permanent affordability to expand homeownership opportunities for families with low to moderate incomes so that they can live or remain in the community of their choice.
