R+L are lifelong best friends. R needed an office for her spiritual healing business + L works nights & needed a finished bat cave basement! They both needed a garden and a diverse neighborhood on a budget! We helped them find their Homo sweet homo!
A+T bought their dream home from their best friends pictured here! We helped them broker a deal that everyone would be happy with. T is a special education teacher and A is a environmental rights lawyer. Menches who are here to stay!

Finding safe secure housing for an incredible queer who works with houseless folks to get them connected w services & increase their safety. So blessed to have worked hard 2 find this fierce human a home they can afford in the community they serve!
J, H + their mom want to live together, but separately! We managed to find them 2 homes on ONE LOT with a larger garden in between! Plenty of space for their fur babies to romp & poop, & plenty of breathing room for ease of multigenerational living!
We worked w these loves for months to do what they never thought possible: own a home in Portland. We found them a condo that fit their budget - took some fancy footwork, but they are FINALLY HOME! Got a lil misty giving them keys, not gonna lie!
